Pear and Blue Cheese salad with Jacfruit Organic Romaine Lettuce


  • 1 bag Jacfruit Organic romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced
  • 1 medium beetroot, roasted and sliced
  • Balsamic salad dressing (store-bought or homemade)


  1. Prepare the Romaine Lettuce:

    • Open a bag of fresh Jacfruit romaine
    • No need to wash
    • Place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the Toppings:

    • Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese evenly over the lettuce.
    • Scatter the chopped walnuts on top of the blue cheese.
    • Arrange the sliced pears and roasted beetroot on the salad.
  3. Drizzle with Balsamic Dressing:
